Who we are

This website and the waitlist are run by Tamás Szőke, a private individual based in Budapest, Hungary, under the name Project 99R ("we"). Contact: hello@project99r.com. When Project 99R is registered as a business, this notice will be updated and the business will take over as data controller.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. We use it only to confirm your sign-up and to tell you about 99R: when founder access opens and important product news. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Who processes it

Emails are stored and sent with MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland), our email service provider, which processes it on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum.

The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If neither happens, we delete waitlist data no later than 12 months after founder access opens.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@project99r.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Hungary this is the NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság).
